Phew. This week has been so so busy. I'm so excited for the weekend, not only for a break but for my birthday, saturday!

This picture, by honey & jam, is so dreamy. Summer is so beautiful. Wish I spent more time outside than in the office.

I love Pinterest, especially when your friends pin the coolest stuff. Take this great, "Hugs Keep Us Alive" print my sweet friend pinned. I always try to go to the original source of something I like to see if I can find more. Which brought me to Doodling A Smile on Etsy. We are thinking of getting the Everyone Poops print for our bathroom, how cute.

I love getting jobs that my clients are super stoked about and have lots of ideas floating around. I'm currently working on one of these projects. ICED COFFEE

The Pioneer Woman's Perfect Iced Coffee recipe, I wanted to try cold brewing. Instead of making a ton of coffee and dealing with straining, I just made some with our french press. It was really good and a lot less acidic than normal coffee.

BEACH SUPPLIES

Here's another illustration I've been doing for fun. Ever since my Art Supplies illustration, I've been thinking about different things I can illustrate. So I've started a small series of different supplies. It's been a perfect way to learn the pen tool better and it's fun! My husband loves surfing and we love the beach so naturally I chose some beach supplies for this illustration.

ONE YEAR

A year ago tomorrow I made the best decision and married this amazing guy. This year has gone so fast and we can't believe it's already here! We've had so much fun. We're spending the weekend in the sun in Palm Springs.
