We're moving to a new apartment in the next month or so - and I'm super excited because it means we can decorate in a whole new way! We dread the actual act of moving - but I can't wait for this. Plus our new place has an awesome view & a washer and dryer (!).

Good luck on the move! When I lived in an apartment, a washer & dryer in-unit was an absolute must for me. I'd had so many awful experiences in college with coin-operated laundry to not have the luxury ;)
Well, if we weren't considering moving into your apartment building before, I definitely am now that I know the units have their own washers and dryers! :)
Not sure I've seen anything cooler than 'A Field Guide to Typestaches' in that second photo.
